What does Pre-Order mean?
|
- Preorder Items are Items that will ship at a future date when the stock becomes available and ready to ship.
- Please note the estimated shipping timeframe in the item description.
- These timeframes are subject to change without notice in the event of delays beyond control.
- Preorder Items are promptly shipped upon arrival.
- If a Preorder Item is purchased with Ready To Ship Items, the Ready To Ship Items will not ship until Pre-Order becomes Ready to Ship.
- Pre-Order Bundles with Ready to Ship items cannot be separated in order to keep the discounts.

Please make separate purchases if angel wants any Ready to Ship items first.

Pre-orders are labeled clearly in the product name, shows as a box below 'add to cart' button on each product page, and described in the product details.

What if my order contains both pre-order items and ready to ship items?

- Any order containing a pre-order item will not ship until the pre-order item becomes ready to ship.
- If you want your ready to ship item shipped first, please place a separate order.

How long is the wait time for Pre-Orders?
|
- Wait times for pre-orders vary per product listing
- The general pre-order wait time is: 1-6 months subject to delays

Each pre-order listing wait time depends on the part of the process in which the pre-order is offered. At times the pre-order can be offered once we share the final samples meaning wait time is longer, or pre-order can be offered while we are making the finishing touches meaning wait time is shorter!

How much of the Pre-Order do I have to pay at check out?

- The full price of all pre-orders must be paid at check out.

Can I cancel any orders containing Pre-Order items?

- Our policy is that all orders are non-refundable on our website, including all pre-orders.
- Please think carefully whether you would like to purchase a Pre-Order before placing your order.

Will I receive updates on my Pre-Order?

- We will send an email in advance one week before the Pre-Order ships for all angels to stay informed about their order and to update any information~

What if my address changes when the Pre-Order ships?
|
- Please keep us informed of any and all changes to your information including shipping address any time before the Pre-Order ships.
- We will send an email in advance one week before the Pre-Order ships for all angels to remind to update any information.
- We are solely responsible for shipping to the address in the order at the time the order is placed or when the angel provides new information.
