FAQ

 Are your products ready to ship?

Yes, all products are ready to ship unless stated otherwise.

 

 Do you accept preorders?

No, we do not accept preorders unless stated otherwise. 

 

 What is your shipping policy?

For all U.S. Orders:

  • We provide free shipping for all U.S. Orders
  • Processing Time: 5-10 Business days from order date (additional verification or large amounts of orders may delay processing time)
  • Shipping Time: 5-7 Business days (maybe delays from shipping couriers)
  • Business days are defined as Mondays-Fridays excluding holidays. 

For all International Orders:

  • We provide a flat rate on all International Orders of $35. 
  • We provide free shipping on International Orders over $300.
  • Processing Time:  5-10 Business days from order date (additional verification or large amounts of orders may delay processing time)
  • Shipping Time: 7-21 Business days (maybe delays from shipping couriers or customs) 
  • Business days are defined as Mondays-Fridays excluding holidays. 

 

 I received an email requiring Additional Verification before you will ship my order?

  • To prevent fraud, we may require additional verification for orders made on our website (www.helloangelgirl.com). Within 48 hours of placing the order, an email will be sent to the customer's email provided. Within 48 hours of sending the email, customer must provide a complete response to the email. If we do not receive a complete response or a request to provide more time to respond, we will cancel the order. We are not responsible for any losses that may accrue from cancellation of order.  

 

 All Sales are Final.

Returns and Exchanges. 

For U.S. Customers:

  • All of our products are FINAL SALE and only eligible for SIZE EXCHANGES while supplies last.
  • A size exchange must be requested within 7 business days of receiving your order at service@helloangelgirl.com.
  • A pre-paid return label will be provided via email after receipt of request. We only provide ONE complimentary prepaid return label. Any subsequent returns will be charged at the market rate calculated at the time of request.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item to ensure it was returned in original condition, HELLO ANGEL GIRL will then ship out the new size. 
  • Subject to exclusions detailed below.

For International Customers:

  • All of our products are FINAL SALE and only eligible for SIZE EXCHANGES. 
  • A size exchange must be requested within 7 business days of receiving your order at service@helloangelgirl.com
  • HELLO ANGEL GIRL is unable to provide any complimentary pre-paid return labels and shipping labels for international orders.
  • Return labels must be purchased by the international customer from their own local postal service. Customer will then need to use the Return Label to mail product back to HELLO ANGEL GIRL. Customer will need to provide HELLO ANGEL GIRL with a tracking number so we can track the return. 
  • International customer will also need to pay for the Shipping Label at a flat rate of $35 for HELLO ANGEL GIRL to ship out the new product. After receiving and inspecting the returned item to ensure it was returned in its original condition, HELLO ANGEL GIRL will then ship out the new size after invoice for Shipping Label is paid. 
  • To avoid having to do a size exchange, please review the size chart carefully before placing an order.

  • Subject to exclusions detailed below. 

Exclusions for U.S. and International Customers:

  • EXCLUSION 1: PRODUCTS THAT ARE ONLY ONE SIZE THERE IS NO SIZE EXCHANGE OPTION AVAILABLE. THESE PRODUCTS ARE STRICTLY FINAL SALE. 
  • EXCLUSION 2: PRODUCTS THAT ARE SOLD OUT THERE IS NO SIZE EXCHANGE OPTION AVAILABLE BECAUSE THERE ARE NO MORE SIZES.
  • Only if Exclusion 2 applies, customer can choose one of the following options:
  • (1) Apply the value of the product to another available product on our website after product is returned to HELLOANGELGIRL in original condition, OR 
  • (2) Store credit for the value of the product for future products on our website after product is returned to HELLOANGELGIRL in original condition. 

Original Condition Required:

  • HELLO ANGEL GIRL reserves all rights to deny all refunds, returns, and/or size exchanges to any items returned that have been worn/washed or damaged by customer. Items returned with makeup stains or perfume will be returned to your original address. Items must strictly be returned in original condition. 
  • Removal of HELLO ANGEL GIRL's authenticity seal means that no returns or exchanges are allowed and product has become final sale. 

 What if my order arrives damaged?

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email service@helloangelgirl.com the following: (1) order number and (2) photos/videos of the damage. 
  • We will resolve the issue as soon as possible. 
  • All damaged orders must be emailed to us within 7 business days of receiving the package. 

 

 What if my order is lost or stolen?

  • HELLO ANGEL GIRL is strictly only responsible for shipping to your given address. After an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at check out, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • HELLO ANGEL GIRL is strictly not responsible for lost deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect address given.
  • Shipping to PO BOX address is not recommended, HELLO ANGEL GIRL cannot be held responsible or any lost or stolen deliveries to PO BOX addresses.

 

 What if I refuse my shipment?

  • If you refuse a shipment from HELLO ANGEL GIRL, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to HELLO ANGEL GIRL. The amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. 

 

 All International Orders are shipped DDU "Duties  and Taxes Unpaid"!

  • All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). These charges are imposed by your local customs. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These charges differ by every country and every locales. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). Again,  these fees are paid to the local customs and are not collected by HELLO ANGEL GIRL. HELLO ANGEL GIRL has no control over customs/import duties. You may call your local customs for more information. ALL CUSTOMS/DUTY CHARGES WILL BE COLLECTED BY THE SHIPPING COURIER UPON DELIVERY. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from HELLO ANGEL GIRL, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any tax/custom duties that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to HELLO ANGEL GIRL. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient,  you also agree to grant the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order. To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail.
