Yes, all products are ready to ship unless stated otherwise.

 

 Do you accept preorders?

No, we do not accept preorders unless stated otherwise. 

 

 What is your shipping policy?

For all U.S. Orders:

  • We provide free shipping for all U.S. Orders (exclusions may apply)
  • Processing Time: 5-10 Business days from order date (additional verification or large amounts of orders may delay processing time)
  • Shipping Time: 5-7 Business days (maybe delays from shipping couriers)
  • Business days are defined as Mondays-Fridays excluding holidays. 
  • There is an Urgent Shipping option for $20 at check out for you to receive your order within 5 business days. 

For all International Orders:

  • We offer a flat rate at different rates for different countries. View the "International Flat Rate Chart" below. These rates are the best rates our small business can offer for each country and will regularly update according to market conditions. 
  • Processing Time:  5-10 Business days from order date (additional verification or large amounts of orders may delay processing time)
  • Shipping Time: 7-21 Business days (maybe delays from shipping couriers or customs) 
  • There is an Urgent Shipping option at different rates for different countries for you to receive your order within 10 business days. View the "Urgent International Flat Rate Chart" below. 
  • Returning customers can redeem points through our Angel Loyalty Program to apply towards shipping fees. 
  • Business days are defined as Mondays-Fridays excluding holidays. 

All International Orders are shipped DDU "Duties  and Taxes Unpaid"!

  • All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). These charges are imposed by your local customs. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These charges differ by every country and every locales. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). Again, these fees are paid to the local customs and are not collected by HELLO ANGEL GIRL. HELLO ANGEL GIRL has no control over customs/import duties. You may call your local customs for more information. ALL CUSTOMS/DUTY CHARGES WILL BE COLLECTED BY THE SHIPPING COURIER UPON DELIVERY. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from HELLO ANGEL GIRL, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any tax/custom duties that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to HELLO ANGEL GIRL. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient,  you also agree to grant the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order. To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail.

 I received an email requiring Additional Verification before you will ship my order?

  • To prevent fraud, we may require additional verification for orders made on our website (www.helloangelgirl.com). Within 48 hours of placing the order, an email will be sent to the customer's email provided. Within 48 hours of sending the email, customer must provide a complete response to the email. If we do not receive a complete response or a request to provide more time to respond, we will cancel the order. We are not responsible for any losses that may accrue from cancellation of order.  

 

 All Sales are Final.

Returns and Exchanges. 

For U.S. Customers:

  • All of our products are FINAL SALE and only eligible for Size Exchanges (when applicable). 
  • Size Exchange Procedure: 
  1. A size exchange must be requested within 7 business days of receiving your order at service@helloangelgirl.com.
  2. HELLO ANGEL GIRL will provide customer the return address. Customer will be responsible for any fees associated to returning items and provide a tracking number. Customer can earn points through our Angel Loyalty Program for complimentary prepaid return label service. 
  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item to ensure it was returned in original condition, HELLO ANGEL GIRL will then issue store credit in the value of the returned item for customer to reorder.  If there is no more supply, than customer can use the store credit for any other purchase on our website. 
  • Subject to exclusions detailed below.

For International Customers:

  • All of our products are FINAL SALE and only eligible for Size Exchanges (when applicable).
  • Size Exchange Procedure:
  1. A size exchange must be requested within 7 business days of receiving your order at service@helloangelgirl.com.

Exclusions for U.S. and International Customers:

  • EXCLUSION 1: PRODUCTS THAT ARE ONLY ONE SIZE THERE IS NO SIZE EXCHANGE OPTION AVAILABLE. THESE PRODUCTS ARE STRICTLY FINAL SALE. 
  • EXCLUSION 2: PRODUCTS THAT ARE SOLD OUT THERE IS NO SIZE EXCHANGE OPTION AVAILABLE BECAUSE THERE ARE NO MORE SIZES. IN THIS CASE, CUSTOMER MAY USE THEIR STORE CREDIT FOR ANY OTHER PURCHASE ON OUR WEBSITE. 

Original Condition Required:

  • HELLO ANGEL GIRL reserves all rights to deny all refunds, returns, and/or size exchanges to any items returned that have been worn/washed or damaged by customer. Items returned with makeup stains or perfume will be returned to your original address. Items must strictly be returned in original condition. 
  • Removal of HELLO ANGEL GIRL's authenticity seal means that no returns or exchanges are allowed and product has become final sale. 

 What if my order arrives damaged?

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email service@helloangelgirl.com the following: (1) order number and (2) photos/videos of the damage. 
  • We will resolve the issue as soon as possible. 
  • All damaged orders must be emailed to us within 7 business days of receiving the package. 

 

 What if my order is lost or stolen?

  • HELLO ANGEL GIRL is strictly only responsible for shipping to your given address. After an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at check out, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • HELLO ANGEL GIRL is strictly not responsible for lost deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect address given.
  • Shipping to PO BOX address is not recommended, HELLO ANGEL GIRL cannot be held responsible or any lost or stolen deliveries to PO BOX addresses.
  • Customer is responsible for any and all fees related to lost or stolen packages. 

 

 What if I refuse my shipment?

  • If you refuse a shipment from HELLO ANGEL GIRL, you are responsible any and all fees related to refusal of shipment including but not limited to: original shipping charges, any taxes, any Import/Customs/Duties/VAT/ fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to HELLO ANGEL GIRL. The amount will be deducted from any store credit. 

 

 What if my shipment is re-routed back to HELLO ANGEL GIRL? 

  • There are various reasons why your package may be re-routed back to HELLO ANGEL GIRL such as but not limited to: incorrect shipping address provided, bad weather, undeliverable, unpaid customs/duties/VAT, refusal of shipment, etc. 
  • If your package is re-routed back to HELLO ANGEL GIRL for any reason, you will be responsible for any additional fees such as but not limited to shipping fees, import fees, customs fees, duty fees, and taxes. Any and all additional balances must be paid as invoiced before HELLO ANGEL GIRL attempts to send out an additional shipment. 

 What if I purchase Licensed Products with a delivery address outside of your Licensed Territory?

  • All of our officially licensed products are clearly labeled in the product description including the licensed territories we are authorized to service. 
  • If we receive an order that is outside of our Licensed Territory for that Licensed Product, we will timely cancel and refund your order. The refund will be reduced by any fees associated with receiving your order such as non-refundable payment processing fees. Therefore, please be careful to not purchase our Licensed Products if your delivery address is outside of our Licensed Territory. 
  • Any HELLO ANGEL GIRL original products can be shipped worldwide without any territory restrictions. 
  • You may email to service@helloangelgirl.com if you need any clarification as to whether we can ship the Licensed Product to your delivery address.
