No Subscription and Recurring Charges Policy

HELLOANGELGIRL does not offer subscription services or recurring billing of any kind. All purchases made through our store are one-time transactions for physical products with one-time delivery.

When you place an order with us:

• You will be charged only once for your purchase
• There are no automatic renewals or recurring payments
• You will not receive repeat shipments unless you place a new order
• Each order requires a separate checkout and payment authorization

If you see multiple charges from HELLOANGELGIRL on your statement, this may be due to placing multiple separate orders. Please review your order history or contact us directly at service@helloangelgirl.com if you have questions about any charges.

 Are your products ready to ship?

• We offer ready to ship products
• To know if a product is ready to ship, a "ready to ship" box will show under the "add to cart" button and it will say "ready to ship" in the product name.
• Ready to ship means that the item is in stock and will be shipped during the normal processing time when order is placed.  

 Do you accept preorders?

• We offer pre-order products 
• To know if a product is preorder, a "pre-order" box will show under the "add to cart" button and it will say "pre-order" in the product name
• Pre-Order means that the item will be shipped after an additional time for the item to be prepared for ready to ship and then shipped during the normal processing time when it becomes ready to ship. 

 What is your Pre-Order Policy?

What does Pre-Order mean?

•  Preorder Items are Items that will ship at a future date when the stock becomes available and ready to ship.
• Please note the estimated shipping timeframe in the item description.
• These timeframes are subject to change without notice in the event of delays beyond control.
• Preorder Items are promptly shipped upon arrival.
• If a Preorder Item is purchased with Ready To Ship Items, the Ready To Ship Items will not ship until Pre-Order becomes Ready to Ship.
• Pre-Order Bundles with Ready to Ship items cannot be separated in order to keep the discounts.

• Please make separate purchases if angel wants any Ready to Ship items first.

• Pre-orders are labeled clearly in the product name, shows as a box below 'add to cart' button on each product page, and described in the product details. 

What if my order contains both pre-order items and ready to ship items?

• Any order containing a pre-order item will not ship until the pre-order item becomes ready to ship. 
• If you want your ready to ship item shipped first, please place a separate order. 

How long is the wait time for Pre-Orders?

• Wait times for pre-orders vary per product listing
• The general pre-order wait time is: 1-6 months subject to delays 
• Each pre-order listing wait time depends on the part of the process in which the pre-order is offered. At times the pre-order can be offered once we share the final samples meaning wait time is longer, or pre-order can be offered while we are making the finishing touches meaning wait time is shorter! 
• Please refer to each product listing page in the product description area for more details. 

How much of the Pre-Order do I have to pay at check out?

• The full price of all pre-orders must be paid at check out.

Can I cancel any orders containing Pre-Order items?

• Our policy is that all orders are non-refundable on our website, including all pre-orders. 
• Please think carefully whether you would like to purchase a Pre-Order before placing your order. 

Will I receive updates on my Pre-Order?

• We will send an email in advance one week before the Pre-Order ships for all angels to stay informed about their order and to update any information~
• Feel free to email us at service@helloangelgirl.com for any updates! 

What if my address changes when the Pre-Order ships?

• Please keep us informed of any and all changes to your information including shipping address any time before the Pre-Order ships. 
• We will send an email in advance one week before the Pre-Order ships for all angels to remind to update any information. 
• We are solely responsible for shipping to the address in the order at the time the order is placed or when the angel provides new information. 

 What is your shipping policy for READY TO SHIP orders?

For all U.S. Ready to Ship Orders:

• We provide free shipping for U.S. Orders valued $200 and up (exclusions may apply)
• We provide for all U.S. Orders flat rate shipping of $8.00
• Processing Time: 5-10 Business days from order date (additional verification or large amounts of orders may delay processing time)
• Shipping Time: 5-7 Business days (maybe delays from shipping couriers)
• Business days are defined as Mondays-Fridays excluding weekends and holidays. 
• There is an Urgent Shipping option for $20 at check out for you to receive your order within 5 business days. 

For all International Ready to Ship Orders:

• We offer a flat rate at different rates for different countries. View the "International Flat Rate Chart" below. These rates are the best rates our small business can offer for each country and will regularly update according to market conditions. 
• International customers can inquire about their shipping rates by emailing service@helloangelgirl.com
• Processing Time:  5-10 Business days from order date (additional verification or large amounts of orders may delay processing time)
• Shipping Time: 7-21 Business days (maybe delays from shipping couriers or customs) 
• There is an Urgent Shipping option at different rates for different countries for you to receive your order within 10 business days. View the "Urgent International Flat Rate Chart" below. 
• Returning customers can redeem points through our Angel Loyalty Program to apply towards shipping fees. 
• Business days are defined as Mondays-Fridays excluding weekends and holidays. 

All International Orders are shipped DDU "Duties  and Taxes Unpaid"!

• All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). These charges are imposed by your local customs. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These charges differ by every country and every locales. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). Again, these fees are paid to the local customs and are not collected by HELLO ANGEL GIRL. HELLO ANGEL GIRL has no control over customs/import duties. You may call your local customs for more information. ALL CUSTOMS/DUTY CHARGES WILL BE COLLECTED BY THE SHIPPING COURIER UPON DELIVERY. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from HELLO ANGEL GIRL, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any tax/custom duties that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to HELLO ANGEL GIRL. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient,  you also agree to grant the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order. To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail.

For all U.S. Pre-Orders:

• We provide free shipping for U.S. Pre-Orders valued $200 and up (exclusions may apply)
• We provide for all U.S. Pre-Orders flat rate shipping of $8.00

Returns and Exchanges. 

For U.S. Customers:

• All of our products are FINAL SALE and only eligible for Size Exchanges (when applicable). 

• Size Exchange Procedure: 

1. A size exchange must be requested within 7 business days of receiving your order at service@helloangelgirl.com.
2. HELLO ANGEL GIRL will provide customer the return address. Customer will be responsible for any fees associated to returning items and provide a tracking number. Customer can earn points through our Angel Loyalty Program for complimentary prepaid return label service. 
3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item to ensure it was returned in original condition, HELLO ANGEL GIRL will then issue store credit in the value of the returned item for customer to reorder.  If there is no more supply, than customer can use the store credit for any other purchase on our website. 
4. Any original shipping is non-refundable and therefore not applicable to any returns or exchanges. Customer may need to pay additional shipping fees for additional shipments when placing any new orders. 
5. Customer agrees to return the item within 7 business days from request being approved. Any items received after 7 business days are invalid returns and store credit will be waived. 

• Subject to exclusions detailed below.

For International Customers:

• All of our products are FINAL SALE and only eligible for Size Exchanges (when applicable).
• Size Exchange Procedure:

• EXCLUSION 1: PRODUCTS THAT ARE ONLY ONE SIZE THERE IS NO SIZE EXCHANGE OPTION AVAILABLE. THESE PRODUCTS ARE STRICTLY FINAL SALE. 

• EXCLUSION 2: PRODUCTS THAT ARE SOLD OUT THERE IS NO SIZE EXCHANGE OPTION AVAILABLE BECAUSE THERE ARE NO MORE SIZES. IN THIS CASE, CUSTOMER MAY USE THEIR STORE CREDIT FOR ANY OTHER PURCHASE ON OUR WEBSITE. 

Original Condition Required:

• HELLO ANGEL GIRL reserves all rights to deny all refunds, returns, and/or size exchanges to any items returned that have been worn/washed or damaged by customer. Items returned with makeup stains or perfume will be returned to your original address. Items must strictly be returned in original condition. 
• Removal of HELLO ANGEL GIRL's authenticity seal means that no returns or exchanges are allowed and product has become final sale. 

 What if my order arrives damaged?

• If your order arrives damaged, please email service@helloangelgirl.com the following: (1) order number and (2) photos/videos of the damage. 
• We will resolve the issue as soon as possible. 
• All damaged orders must be emailed to us within 7 business days of receiving the package. 

 What if my order is lost or stolen?

• HELLO ANGEL GIRL is strictly only responsible for shipping to your given address. After an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at check out, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• HELLO ANGEL GIRL is strictly not responsible for lost deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect address given.
• Shipping to PO BOX address is not recommended, HELLO ANGEL GIRL cannot be held responsible or any lost or stolen deliveries to PO BOX addresses.
• Customer is responsible for any and all fees related to lost or stolen packages. 

 What if I refuse my shipment?

• If you refuse a shipment from HELLO ANGEL GIRL, you are responsible any and all fees related to refusal of shipment including but not limited to: original shipping charges, any taxes, any Import/Customs/Duties/VAT/ fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to HELLO ANGEL GIRL. The amount will be deducted from any store credit. 

 What if my shipment is re-routed back to HELLO ANGEL GIRL? 

• There are various reasons why your package may be re-routed back to HELLO ANGEL GIRL such as but not limited to: incorrect shipping address provided, bad weather, undeliverable, unpaid customs/duties/VAT, refusal of shipment, etc. 
• If your package is re-routed back to HELLO ANGEL GIRL for any reason, you will be responsible for any additional fees such as but not limited to shipping fees, import fees, customs fees, duty fees, and taxes. Any and all additional balances must be paid as invoiced before HELLO ANGEL GIRL attempts to send out an additional shipment. 

 What if I purchase Licensed Products with a delivery address outside of your Licensed Territory?

• All of our officially licensed products are clearly labeled in the product description including the licensed territories we are authorized to service. 
• If we receive an order that is outside of our Licensed Territory for that Licensed Product, we will timely cancel and refund your order. The refund will be reduced by any fees associated with receiving your order such as non-refundable payment processing fees. Therefore, please be careful to not purchase our Licensed Products if your delivery address is outside of our Licensed Territory. 
• Any HELLO ANGEL GIRL original products can be shipped worldwide without any territory restrictions. 
• You may email to service@helloangelgirl.com if you need any clarification as to whether we can ship the Licensed Product to your delivery address. 

 ALL DISCOUNTED OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
