Additional Verification for Order:
- For some orders, we will require additional verification for orders made on our website (www.helloangelgirl.com). Within 48 hours of placing the order, an email will be sent to the customer's email provided. Within 48 hours of sending the email, customer must provide a complete response to the email. If we do not receive a complete response or a request to provide more time to respond, we will cancel the order. We are not responsible for any losses that may accrue from cancellation of order.
- HELLO ANGEL GIRL is strictly only responsible for shipping to your given address. After an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at check out, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- HELLO ANGEL GIRL is strictly not responsible for lost deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect address given.
- Shipping to PO BOX address is not recommended, HELLO ANGEL GIRL cannot be held responsible or any lost or stolen deliveries to PO BOX addresses.
- If you refuse a shipment from HELLO ANGEL GIRL, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to HELLO ANGEL GIRL. The amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
- All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). These charges are imposed by your local customs. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These charges differ by every country and every locales. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). Again, these fees are paid to the local customs and are not collected by HELLO ANGEL GIRL. HELLO ANGEL GIRL has no control over customs/import duties. You may call your local customs for more information. ALL CUSTOMS/DUTY CHARGES WILL BE COLLECTED BY THE SHIPPING COURIER UPON DELIVERY. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from HELLO ANGEL GIRL, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any tax/custom duties that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to HELLO ANGEL GIRL. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order. Returns and Exchanges Policy
- All of our products are FINAL SALE and only eligible for SIZE EXCHANGES.
- A size exchange must be requested within 7 business days of receiving your order at helloangelgirl@gmail.com.
- A pre-paid return label will be provided via email after receipt of request.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item to ensure it was returned in original condition, HELLO ANGEL GIRL will then ship out the new size.
- Subject to exclusions detailed below.

- HELLO ANGEL GIRL is unable to provide pre-paid return labels and shipping labels for international orders.
- Return labels must be purchased by the international customer at a flat rate of $35. Return label will be emailed to customer after invoice for Return label is paid. Customer will then need to use the Return Label to mail product back to HELLO ANGEL GIRL.
- International customer will also need to pay for the Shipping Label at a flat rate of $35 for HELLO ANGEL GIRL to ship out the new product. After receiving and inspecting the returned item to ensure it was returned in its original condition, HELLO ANGEL GIRL will then ship out the new size after invoice for Shipping Label is paid.
- The total cost for an international customer to do a size exchange is $70 USD.

- (1) Refund after product is returned to HELLOANGELGIRL in original condition,
- (2) Apply the value of the product to another available product on our website after product is returned to HELLOANGELGIRL in original condition, OR
- (3) Store credit for the value of the product for future products on our website after product is returned to HELLOANGELGIRL in original condition.
NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION
- HELLO ANGEL GIRL reserves all rights to deny all refunds, returns, and/or size exchanges to any items returned that have been worn/washed or damaged by customer. Items returned with makeup stains or perfume will be returned to your original address. Items must strictly be returned in original condition.

FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS
By placing an order through HELLOANGELGIRL website (www.helloangelgirl.com) or in person POS System, a client agrees that they are providing nonfradulent, accurate, and correct information that justifies the price paid for services and products rendered by HELLOANGELGIRL. A client who makes an order on the HELLOANGELGIRL website (www.helloangelgirl.com) with correct matching billing and shipping address who later chargesback on the order will be responsible for all fees and penalties associated with their fraudulent chargebacks including but not limited to Shopify Chargeback Fees, Card Chargeback Fees, Third Party Payment Processing Chargeback Fees, Sender Delivery Interception Fees, Shopify Order Fees (2.9% + 0.30 Fee at time of placing order). A client who makes a fraudulent chargeback will be added onto a BLACKLIST whereby that client shall not be allowed to place orders with HELLOANGELGIRL for all perpetuity. Any BLACKLISTED client who places an order acknowledges that their order will be CANCELLED WITH NO REFUND.
If a person believes that their payment information has been fraudulently used to place an order through HELLOANGELGIRL, they shall CONTACT HELLOANGELGIRL IMMEDIATELY upon discovery at (helloangelgirl@gmail.com). HELLOANGELGIRL will remedy the fraudulent order immediately by refunding and cancelling the order. If the order has been fully fulfilled and delivered to the shipping address on the order, than the person acknowledges that they will try their best efforts in aiding HELLOANGELGIRL recover the package.
HELLOANGELGIRL is a small business who sells only products that are limited edition and special custom made products, therefore the loss of products to fraudulent persons are extremely detrimental to HELLOANGELGIRL.
